As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to adapt my way of working to best support you. Sometimes our focus will be on the challenges you're facing right now; at other times, we may explore past experiences that continue to shape your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours today.
My aim is to create a space where we can work together in a way that feels meaningful and relevant to your unique situation.
We’ll agree together how long we’ll work for — sometimes this will be for a set number of sessions, and sometimes for an open-ended period, with regular reviews along the way.
Sessions are held weekly and last for 50 minutes.
