About Me

I am a fully qualified psychotherapist, working with adults of all ages and levels of distress. I provide a safe, supportive, and compassionate space where you can explore whatever is troubling you. My approach is warm and non-judgemental, helping you to feel heard and understood as you find a way forward.

I have experience working with a wide range of issues, including

  • Stress and Anxiety

  • Low mood and depression

  • Loss and bereavement,

  • Identity & sexuality

  • Nerodivergence

  • Self-esteem

  • Chronic illness

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Life transitions

I also have experience working in a trauma-informed way with those who have experienced difficult childhoods, differing forms of abuse and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

In addition, I support people who may find it hard to put their struggles into words but who wish to gain a deeper understanding of their feelings, explore patterns of behaviour, or simply make sense of feeling lost.

I hold both a Master’s degree (with distinction) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent’s University London. My training drew on psychodynamic, existential, and humanistic approaches, and was supported by clinical experience gained at a South Oxfordshire counselling charity and the Priory Hospital in Roehampton.

Alongside my Private Practice, I work in the counselling department at Reading University.

I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP number - 405304).
